JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This second application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Chanpatia Police Station Case No. 18 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 418, 419, 420, 308 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, the petitioner's application for grant of anticipatory bail was rejected by this Court by an order, dated 21.04.2016, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 14386 of 2016.

There is no new ground which would necessitate this Court to entertain this second application for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46599 of 2016 (2) dt.14-12-2016 2/2 anticipatory bail.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
