JUSTICE CHANDRA PRAKASH SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH) 22-11-2022 The petitioner claims to be the husband of respondent No. 6. He is seeking a direction to the State respondents to provide adequate security to the petitioner as well as private respondent No. 6 who have, according to the petitioner married each other against the wishes of the parents of
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1322 of 2022(2) dt.22-11-2022 2/2 respondent No. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that presently respondent No. 6 is in custody of respondents No. 7 and 8, who are her parents. In our view this writ application is completely misconceived, petitioner has only misconstrued the provisions of Cr.P.C. which he has apparently invoked. This application is merit-less and is accordingly dismissed.
