Petitioner seeks bail in Belsand P.S. Case No. 105 of 2010 for the offence punishable under Section 20 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

As per the written report 2 Kg of ganza was recovered from the dickey of the motorcycle bearing no. BR-30A8559. It is alleged that the person driving the motorcycle managed to run away. FIR was registered against the owner of the aforesaid motorcycle. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the owner of the motorcycle has disclosed the name of the petitioner as having sold the motorcycle to the petitioner. From the written report as well as seizure list, there is no recovery of any

Considering the above facts and circumstances, this petition for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 105 of 2010 to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Sitamarhi, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) Ranjan/- U
