Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Amish Kumar, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State.
2. It is agreed that the petitioner shall be entitled to fixation and payment of final pension upon the criminal matter against him finally concluding.
3. It is further agreed that for the present, the writ petition may be disposed off.
4. The parties also agreed that upon the criminal case coming to an end, the petitioner shall represent before the sanctioning authority with regard to fixation of his final pension. Upon the same being done, necessary order shall be passed within two months from the date of filing of the representation and accordingly, whatever is required to be paid shall also be paid to the petitioner within one month thereafter, in accordance with law.
The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
