Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 and 30(G) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.
From the house of co-accused Umesh Rai liquor was, allegedly, recovered. The petitioners were also found there. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

No.20291 of 2017 (2) dt.01-05-2017 2/2 bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi/successor Court in connection with Runnisaidpur Police Station Case No. 103 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
