As per FIR petitioner happens to be husband and allegation is of causing death of his wife by throttling.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has committed suicide and marriage was solemnized 10 years ago and he is in custody since 28.3.2019.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59535 of 2019(3) dt.08-01-2020 2/2 prayer for bail.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
