Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 83 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 147, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides have sustained injuries. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent except a case against petitioner no. 3.

No.62498 of 2022(2) dt.06-01-2023 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 83 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
