The petitioner wanted to execute a sale deed but the petitioner came to know that the registration of the lands mentioned in the sale deed is stayed. The petitioner filed representation before the Collector, Khagaria (Annexure 2) on 21.03.2019 but the same has not been disposed of as yet. It is submitted that let the Collector be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner (Annexure 2) as the petitioner is in urgent need of money.

Having considered the facts, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Collector, Khagaria to pass appropriate order in accordance with law on the representation

Patna High Court CWJC No.17938 of 2019(2) dt.02-09-2019 2/2 of the petitioner (Annexure 2) within three months from the date of receipt of this order.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
