Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Prosecution case is that 40 litres country made liquor has been recovered outside the village. Nothing as been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts of the case, in the event of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61643 of 2022(2) dt.09-12-2022 2/2 arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise-1, Gaya in connection with Wazeerganj P.S. Case No. 548/2021, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
