JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-09-2019 The present writ petition has been filed challenging the various notices dated 27.07.2019 issued in connection with Encroachment Case No. 2 of 2018-19 issued to the petitioners herein.

This Court is of the opinion that the petitioners are well advised to approach the Circle Officer, Chenari, District-

Patna High Court CWJC No.19266 of 2019(2) dt.17-09-2019 2/2 Rohtas by filing their objection and in case they file objection within a period of four weeks from today, the Circle Officer, Chenari, District-Rohtas, shall consider the same and pass final order under Section 6 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, thereafter.

It is needless to state that if no objection is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the Circle Officer, Chenari, District-Rohtas shall pass ex parte order. Till the passing of the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 by the Circle Officer, Chenari, District-Rohtas, status quo exiting as on today shall be maintained.
