The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that one deed of agreement for rent is prepared by Narendra Narayan, the husband of the petitioner and he took Rs. 15 lacs from the informant. It is submitted that petitioner is the wife of Narendra Narayan. The informant did not make any specific allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner did not put her signature on any papers. The brothers of Narendra Narayan have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail. Narendra Naryan is in jail. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that no

Case No. 163 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
