The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kesariya P.S. Case No.03 of 2012, registered under Sections 420, 406 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is the son of Ram Parsan Singh who is said to have taken money from the informant for providing a job to the son of the informant.
It is submitted that the petitioner never received any money nor prepared any paper showing receipt of money. All the allegations are false and concocted.
Taking into consideration the facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that it is asserted that the petitioner never received any money from the

No.60037 of 2019(2) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 informant or his son, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-3, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No.03 of 2012, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
