2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 89 of 2023 dated 08.04.2023, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the sister of the informant was married with one Anil Singh on 23.06.2013. After marriage, her in-laws started torturing her due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. The informant on 06.04.2023 came to know that the accused persons have killed the sister of the informant and made the dead body disappeared.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner is the maternal uncle of the husband of the deceased. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has transpired in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of husband of the deceased and the husband is already in custody. It is further submitted that another co-accused namely, Sunil Singh has been granted bail vide order dated 11.10.2023 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 60548 of 2023. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 89 of 2023, he shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned IXth Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra,
