JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-11-2019 The matter arises out of a selection process of engagement of Anganbari Sevika for Centre No. 195 of Ward No.1, Hardiya Panchayat in the district of East Champaran at Motihari.

The petitioner has a grievance that respondent No. 8 has used forged documents relating to her educational qualification to get selected. This is an admitted fact that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.20364 of 2019(2) dt.22-11-2019 2/2 selection is still in progress. The selection of Anganbari Sevika is done under the guidelines issued by the Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, which, inter alia, prescribes for a grievance redressal mechanism under which the petitioner could have approached the competent authority, i.e., the Child Development Project Officer or the District Programme Officer, as the case may be.

This application is thus disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority at appropriate stage in accordance with law raising her grievance. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) Pawan/- U
