JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 28-11-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the present petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment and order passed in C.W.J.C. No.15956 of 2006 (Umesh Prasad & Ors. vs. The State of Bihar and Ors.) and L.P.A. No.167 of 2016 (Avinash Kumar Chakerworty & Ors. vs. The State of Bihar and Ors.).

In such view of the matter, let the respondent authorities examine the case of the present petitioner vis-a-vis

Patna High Court CWJC No.6086 of 2018(3) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 the case of the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No.15956 of 2006 and if it is found that the facts, prayer and law of both the cases are identical, in such circumstance, the present petitioner will be given the same benefit as has been given to the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No.15956 of 2006.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
