Vide order dated 12.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62142 of 2021 by this Court, granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directing him to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, but she failed to furnish the bail bond within time due to she was carrying pregnancy and on 05.07.2022, she felt stomach pain and fetus damaged.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 12.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62142 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender before the court below and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61416 of 2022(2) dt.23-11-2022 2/2 furnish bail bond within a period of four weeks from the date of this order in connection with Awtarnagar P.S. Case No. 264 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Saran at Chapra and remaining parts of the said order shall remain in operation.
