This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Section 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Co-accused, Md. Mastan @ Julkar Nain Ansari, against whom there is main allegation has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 44727 of 2016 with certain condition.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 30 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49408 of 2016 (2) dt.19-12-2016 appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
