Notification dated 6.5.2017 has been brought before this Court for perusal which reflects that this Court vide Notification No.188A has appointed Ms. Gita Verma, District & Sessions Judge, Nawadah as the Chairman, Bihar State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Patna. In pursuance of the said notification the Government vide memo no.5160 dated 28.4.2017 has appointer her as the Chairman, Bihar State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Patna.

In this view of the matter, petitioner should exhaust the alternative remedy before Tribunal as available before him. With the aforesaid observation this writ petition is disposed of.

While disposing of the limitation matter, the Tribunal

Patna High Court CWJC No.6276 of 2017 (2) dt.12-05-2017 will take into account pendency of the present case before this Court.
