This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 414, 34, 341, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act and 37 of the Bihar Excise Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2017. allegation is that two groups of people were firing against each other. When the police came the petitioner was apprehended in injured condition and from his possession two cartridges were recovered. The petitioner had already consumed wine, as alleged.

Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been falsely implicated rather he is victim of the firing between two groups.

Case No. 36 of 2017 to the satisfaction of Sri Sushant Ranjan, Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna, or successor Court.
