Petitioner seeks bail in K. Nagar (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 62 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is not named in the written report. His name has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Pankaj Kumar Yadav. It has been stated that on his confession motorcycle has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that co-accused Chama Uraon, Ramesh Uraon and Ravi Uraon have been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 26.04.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 19123 of 2017. The petitioner is in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19041 of 2017 (3) dt.10-05-2017 2/2 custody since 22.02.2017.
Considering the above facts and circumstances, this petition for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with K. Nagar (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 62 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea subject to the condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
