Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 401/413/414/411/420/ 467 / 468/471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner was found to have purchased a stolen motorcycle. The petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2016.
