JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 09-01-2017 There was commission of theft in the house of the informant for which FIR has been registered against unknown. From perusal of the case diary, it is evident that on account of statement having been at the end of a witness, Bharat Kumar Lal, petitioner has been dragged in this case without any positive evidence. Furthermore, petitioner is under custody since 08.02.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner, Deepak Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Bhagalpur in Nathnagar PS Case No. 22/2016.
