2. This appeal has been filed for setting aside order dated 17.07.2025 passed in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191 ( 2 ), 191 (3) , 190, 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 117 ( 2 ), 109 (1) , 121 (1) , 121 ( 2 ), 132, 324 ( 4 ), 326 ( f ), 303 ( 2 ), 352 and 351 ( 2 ) of BNS and sections 3(i) ( r ) ( s ) / 3 ( 2 ) (va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected.
3 . As per the prosecution case , this appellant along with other co-accused persons obstructed police officials in discharge of their official duty and assaulted them. It is further
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.3492 of 2025(2) dt.17-11-2025 2/2 alleged that accused persons also put the police vehicle on fire and snatched Rs. 5,000 from informant.
4. Considering the fact that this appellant along with other accused persons assaulted police personnel, damaged their vehicle and also hindered in discharging their official duty , I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order, accordingly this appeal is dismissed.
