The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 619 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324 & 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that there is a case and counter case between the parties and the injury caused to the person of the informant was found to be simple in nature. It is further contended that the petitioner is nephew of the informant and he has got no criminal antecedent.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of

No.51636 of 2015 (2) dt.06-11-2015 2 / 2 the case, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S.
