2. Ms. Mukul Kumari, learned counsel for the petitioner presses the present application for modification of the order dated 26.07.2023, passed in criminal miscellaneous no. 36742 of 2023, whereby while granting the anticipatory bail to the petitioner, he was directed to furnish his bail bond within a period of four weeks.

3. It is submitted that, as the petitioner had been working in woolen cloth factory in Ludhiana, necessary information could not be given to him, resulting into noncompliance of the order of this Court, hence the present modification application.

4. In view of the prayer made on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65995 of 2023(2) dt.06-10-2023 2/2 petitioner and the grounds set forth in the petition the aforesaid period of four weeks may be extended to a further period of four weeks from today.

5. It is made clear that if within the extended stipulated period the petitioner shall not surrender and furnish his bail bond, the earlier bail granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
