24-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is 2nd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of petitioner in Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 394 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier, vide order dated 22-11-2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 61037 of 2018, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected by a Bench of this Court.

In this case, vide order dated 06-12-2019, a report regarding stage of the trial was called for, which has been received and kept at flag 'P'. On perusal of report dated 21-09-2019, as contained in letter no. 104, it appears that six witnesses, including doctor and investigating officer, have

In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to entertain the present bail petition, since the trial is continuing smoothly and is at the fag end. The prayer for bail stands rejected.

However, while rejecting the present bail petition, it is desirable to observe that the trial court may conclude the trial without any delay.
