2. This application has been filed for grant of regular bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 66/2022, arising out of Barbigha P.S. Case No. 496 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. He is the sole accused who has taken away the minor girl and she has not been recovered. In these circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner stands rejected herewith.

4. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68047 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 recovery of the victim girl.

5. The Superintendent of Police, Sheikhpura is directed to constitute a special team for recovery of the victim girl and so that the girl may be recovered at the earliest.

6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Sheikhpura, for its compliance forthwith.
