JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-08-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the letter contained in Memo No. 858 dated 3.09.2015 whereby and whereunder the Director, Student and Youth Welfare, Art, Culture and Youth Department, Government of Bihar (respondent no. 2) has directed the petitioner to vacate the canteen on 31.10.2015 without assigning any reason; and for connected reliefs.
2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner despite repeated calls.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time. It is pointed out that the advertisement for running the canteen was issued in the year 2014 for a

4. Having regard to the submission of the respondents, this Court finds that the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time and which is accordingly dismissed.
