This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report is against unknown. Name of the petitioner has revealed by a co-accused in his confessional statement which is only evidence against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 175 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Kaimur at Bhabua, or successor Court.
