The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Badharia P.S. Case No. 258 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37 (C) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in the this case. There is no criminal antecedent and he is in judicial custody since 20.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named, petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
