JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-05-2023 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General (Bihar) informs this Court that the due amount of gratuity has been paid to the petitioner, vide letter dated 18.10.2019.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, if he finds that the dues under any head still remain to be paid, may file a detailed representation before the appropriate authority and the concerned authority must ensure payment of retiral dues under different heads within a period of six weeks from the date of this order, if admissible to be paid to the petitioner.
