2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with the present FIR registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. There is recovery of 48 liters of illicit country made liquor. The petitioner is in jail since 19.07.2025.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady and she was not arrested on the spot. She has falsely been implicated in the present case.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this
