JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and name of the petitioner transpired in the case on the confessional statement of co-accused and thereafter the stolen motorcycle was recovered from outside the house of this petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial
