JUSTICE P. B. BAJANTHRI) 23-04-2025 The present appeal is filed in assailing the order dated 20.11.2018 of the learned Single Judge order and it is in respect of imposition of personal cost of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) on the Registrar of the University. The LPA should have been filed by the Registrar of the University in his personal capacity for the reasons that cost of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court L.P.A No.1716 of 2018(3) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 (Rupees Ten Thousand) was imposed on him. Therefore, University has no grievance insofar as imposition of cost of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) on the then Registrar of the University for his conduct. That apart compliance to order dated 25.09.2018 of the learned Single Judge was subsequent to the 25.09.2018 order. Therefore, no interference is called for.

3. Accordingly, the present LPA No. 1716 of 2018 stands dismissed.
