Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 120 of 2015 registered for the offence under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to partition dispute. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. The specific allegation is against co-accused Ajay Pawan. Petitioner is a woman having no criminal antecedent.
