Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 25.01.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 36962 of 2021.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in this case, charge has already been framed and two witnesses have already been examined. Petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2021.

Considering the period of custody and progress of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Naugachia, District - Bhagalpur in connection
