The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, and 307 of the Indian Penal Code as well as subsequently Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that altercation has taken place due to dispute between the parties who are agnates.

However, since there is direct allegation of assault by the petitioner causing fatal injury on the deceased, this Court is not inclined to enlarge him on bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51019 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 2/2 Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
