2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is the mother of the deceased. As per the F.I.R., it is the father of the deceased who has killed her because the deceased wanted to marry a boy of her choice and not a boy of her father's choice.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation levelled against the petitioner. Petitioner is the mother of the deceased and is in custody since 29.03.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65643 of 2024(2) dt.03-10-2024 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-X, Gopalganj/concerned Court below in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No. 68 of 2024.

8. This application stands allowed.
