2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution, the dead body of the deceased was found. A F.I.R. was registered against unknown. During the investigation it has come that because of financial dispute, the deceased was called by the petitioner and another co-accused and they killed the deceased and also tried to burn the dead body by pouring acid over the dead body.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2023.

5. Shri Jay Narayan Thakur, the Learned APP has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67172 of 2023(3) dt.07-12-2023 2/2 opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance, as mentioned above, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
