The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mokama P. S. Case No. 119 of 2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 448, 323, 353 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that informant, Sidarth Raj, was posted at 35 K.B. Electric Power Sub Station at Mokama. On 06.07.2015 the fault in the electricity supply was getting repaired. On the same day at 10. P.M. the accused petitioner Saurabh Kumar alias Bhopali along with one Gopal Mishra and three unknown persons came at Electric Substation, Mokamah by Alto Car and started assaulting Sidarth Raj by fists, slaps , lathi and danda and hindered him in discharge of his duty.

No.51439 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 2/2 It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is a consumer of the area and he went to make complaint for non supply of the electricity in the area. It has further been submitted that some quarrel had taken place between both the sides but the allegation as made in the F.I.R. is false and the petitioner has been implicated due to oblique reason.
It has further been submitted that the petitioner is a clean antecedent as is evident from para-3 of the petition. Be that as it may, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of shri D. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Barh, Patna in connection with Mokama P.S.Case No. 119 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
