This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 15 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 341, 323, 504, 506, 354-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioner is brother-in-law of the informant and there are general and omnibus allegations against him, inasmuch as, he is a junior member of the family. Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within ten weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
