Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 136 of 2003 registered under Sections304B, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The allegation against the petitioners, who are maternal uncle and brother of the husband of the deceased, is of torture and administering poison to the deceased. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50291 of 2016 (3) dt.10-01-2017 2/2 accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 08.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36564 of 2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chapra in connection with Complaint Case No. 136 of 2003 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
