This appeal has been preferred against the order datedf 10.9.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9453 of 2018, titled as Rashmi Kumari Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., by a learned Single Judge of this Court.

Finding the Court not to be in favour of the submissions made at the Bar, learned counsel for the appellant prays for disposal of the present appeal reserving liberty to assail the order which the authorities may pass hereinafter.
