The petitioners seek bail in connection with Hisua P.S.Case No.14 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 3(2)(iv) and 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioners are the assailants of the deceased and six ante mortem injuries have been found on the body of the father of the informant, I am not inclined to grant them bail. Accordingly, their prayer for bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52390 of 2015 (3) dt.30-01-2016 2/2 is rejected.
