Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is the husband of opposite party no. 2 and she has already appeared.
There is chance of reconciliation.
In the circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20297 of 2017 (2) dt.01-05-2017 2/2 Jehanabad/successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No. 558 of 2016.
