Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for offence punishable under sections 307/ 323 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners, armed with acid, pistols, petrol bomb, attacked the informant side causing injuries to three persons, one of which is grievous.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Injuries

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.989 of 2022(2) dt.21-07-2022 2/2 sustained by the said three persons have been found to be simple in nature except the injury caused to Dhanpat. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

In view of the fact that the injuries caused by the accused persons to Dhanpat, have been found to be grievous in nature, prayer for bail of the petitioners is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered and disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.
