2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)/47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018, registered in connection with Madhepur P.S.Case No. 153 of 2023.
3. As per the allegation, 50 litres of country-made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that she is a bona fide owner of the motor-cycle wherefrom 50 litres of liquor was recovered. She is a lady of clean antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Spl.Judge, Excise Act, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Madhepur P.S.Case No. 153 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
