2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Akbarnagar P.S. Case No. 11 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name has come in the confessional statement of one Virendra Kumar. The petitioner is in jail since 25.03.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66038 of 2023(3) dt.06-12-2023 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J., 15th , Bhagalpur in connection with Akbarnagar P.S. Case No. 11 of 2022.
