2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1), 351(3), 61(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, specific allegation of firing causing death of son of the informant is against Manik Singh, Manoj Singh and Deepak Kumar and petitioner is only alleged to have threatened the deceased prior to the occurrence. Petitioner claim clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the State and the informant oppose the prayer for pre-arrest bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of this petitioner is allowed. In the event of
