The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No.292 of 2020 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is a case and counter case between both parties and both parties have sustained injuries. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61707 of 2022(4) dt.24-04-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Trial No.4930 of 2021 arising out of Nautan P.S.
